Thanks for the nice post and relevant links for the cameras. Looks like Nikon definitely rules the school, but, as usual, the other classics like Canon cannot be ruled out. I would absolutely LOVE it if you would do this same post for Digital Video Cameras!

From the looks of it, Nikon is topping the list of great cameras out there.. but that's just me. I never had a DSL but if I would have to invest for one, I'd be going for a Nikon unit. Most of my photographer friends use it.
